The Beehive is located at the west end of the camp and is a short walk to the fishing stream or the dining room. The Beehive has its own parking area between the leaning oaks and tall pine trees. This hideaway is surrounded by aspen, spruce, pine, cottonwood and oak trees. Towering mountains rise up in the north and south, and the Jemez River runs through it from east to the west.
The upper level of the Beehive has two large airy rooms with bunk beds. Downstairs there are four bedrooms with two single beds in each. Fifty-five people can easily sleep in the Beehive.
